Amy Schaefer (Director & Physiotherapist)
Amy has a number of years experience in public and private sectors gaining valuable experience in acute care, orthopaedic surgery and neurological rehabilitation. Amy has also completed post graduate study in sports physiotherapy, clinical pilates and is currently progressing through her women’s health physiotherapy training.

Zara McKenzie (Administration)
Zara was born and raised in Cowra and is currently working in administration whilst completing her fourth year of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University.
Zara has a strong interest in sports including netball, soccer and touch football and also volunteers as a surf lifesaver at Palm Beach.
Zara is passionate about returning to regional practice and looks forward to giving back to her community once she completes her studies.
